Process 01

Sheet laser cutting

We cut raw sheet metal into the exact profile of your part, with clean edges and minimal tolerances. Two laser systems running in parallel: more capacity and shorter lead times, across a wide range of materials.

Who it's for: metal furniture, machinery, lighting — anyone starting from sheet cut to drawing.

Process 02

Tube laser cutting

Cuts, slots, holes and notches on tube and profile, ready for assembly. Tube cutting enables interlocking solutions that reduce welding and assembly time.

Who it's for: structures, frames, urban furniture, light fabrication.

Process 03

Bending

Precise, repeatable bends that turn flat sheet metal into a three-dimensional component. Angle and radius control to ensure smooth assembly.

Who it's for: fabrication, enclosures, housings, frames.

Process 04

Rolling

Cylindrical and conical curving on sheet metal and profiles: rings and regular curved surfaces. Plate rolling completes the range of shapes we can produce in-house.

Who it's for: tanks, curved furniture elements, cylindrical components.

Curving of tubes and profiles into arcs
Process

Curving

We bend tubes and profiles into arcs with controlled radii, without crushing the cross-section, producing made-to-measure components ready for the next stages.

Who it's for: furniture and design, railings and handrails, frames, architectural structures.

Process 05

Welding

We assemble the parts into a single component with clean, controlled welds. We care for bead appearance where the finish is visible, and strength where the structure matters.

Process 06

Countersinking and threading 

Precision threads and countersinks that complete the machining: metric tapping, seats for countersunk screws, calibrated holes and mechanical finishes where tolerances are critical.

Who it's for: machinery and automation — where repeatability is everything.

Process 07

Blasting & finishing

We prepare the surface so the coating adheres and lasts: blasting, deburring and finishing. It's the bridge between fabrication and our in-house coating plant.

Who it's for: every part destined for coating or a refined finish.

Process 08

Satin finishing

We give the surface the classic satin finish: a fine, directional grain. A uniform aesthetic result managed in-house, no subcontractor steps, no differences in tone across your production batch.

Who it's for: metal furniture and design, exposed stainless, lighting — where the surface is part of the product.

Process 09 · closes the cycle

Coating

This is the step that turns the component into a finished product. In our in-house, dedicated coating plant the cycle is closed: preparation, anti-corrosion pretreatment, colour application and final inspection. Aesthetic result and protection managed by us, not by a subcontractor.

Who it's for: metal furniture and design (colour is the product), lighting and urban furniture (outdoor protection).
