Home/Full cycle

One product. One person responsible.

Most fabricators perform one stage and pass the part to the next supplier. We follow the component from start to finish — and answer for quality across the whole chain.

The cycle, inside the part · 3D

Watch the part transform, stage by stage.

The same component runs through the whole cycle: raw, laser cutting, threading, sandblasting, bending, welding, finishing, all the way to coating. It plays on its own — or click a stage, or drag the part to rotate it.

The entire cycle under the same direction: the product doesn't leave until it's finished.

Step by step

The journey of your idea.

Every processing stage is in-house or coordinated by us. No back-and-forth, no grey areas of responsibility.

Raw material in

It all starts with the right material: raw sheet and tube, selected and ready to enter the cycle.

Laser cutting, sheet and tube

The raw material is cut to size with tight tolerances, on sheet and tube. It's the first point where precision decides the quality of the whole part.

Threading & countersinking

Precision threads, countersinks and calibrated holes on the parts, where tolerances are critical.

Sandblasting

The parts become a single component: clean, controlled welds on steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Then sandblasting prepares the surface for coating, finishing it all off with full assembly including fasteners.

Bending & rolling

The flat part takes shape: precise bends and curves on the rolling machine. Here the component's geometry is born, ready for assembly.

Finishing

Checks, deburring and finishing: the part is prepared and inspected before coating.

Coating

The component moves to our in-house coating department: protection and finish controlled in-house. It's the step that closes the "finished part" promise.

Why a single supplier

Five suppliers, or just one.

The difference isn't just convenience: it's who answers for the quality when the product arrives defective.

The fragmented supply chain
Many companies, no one responsible
  • Five different suppliers to coordinate
  • Separate responsibilities: finger-pointing at every problem
  • Lead times that stack up from one company to the next
  • Transport, packing and mark-ups at every handoff
  • No one answers for the finished part's quality
or
With Metalflex
One party responsible, the whole cycle
  • One supplier, from raw to coated
  • One single responsibility for quality, always
  • One-way flow, no idle time
  • One order, one invoice
  • The finished component, ready to fit
Integrated cycle

Production and coating, under one direction.

Dedicated departments working in parallel: all production under one roof and an in-house coating plant. More capacity, one thread running from raw material to coat.

Production

Fabrication departments

All production consolidated: cutting, bending, rolling, welding, machining and finishing, in a one-way flow.

Coating

Dedicated plant

An in-house, dedicated coating plant: a core activity, not an afterthought. It closes the cycle and guarantees the product's finish.

Why it pays off

What changes for the buyer.

When something goes wrong, you know who to ask

One contact for the whole cycle. No buck-passing between workshop, welder and coater — the ball stays in our court.

Less downtime

Hand-offs between stages don't wait on the availability of three different companies: the part keeps moving.

One order, one invoice

Simplified handling for your purchasing office: one quote for the finished component, not a sum of operations.

Aesthetic and technical consistency

Whoever cuts knows how the product will be coated: the choices made at one stage account for the next.
